Craigo's Gourmet Pizza and Pasta

We've been to Craigo's twice the last couple of weeks. Our first visit proved delightful. We had the Chicken and Rosemary Ravioli with Spinach Sauce and a small Mindy's Special Bomb. The food, cooked perfectly, made the dining experience worth every penny.

Our second trip, with the whole family, was good but not great. We enjoyed the salad bar but made the mistake of ordering large bombs--three different kinds to share. The large bombs had little filling and tons of crust, so we went away less content as our first visit.

The pasta bar is a good idea, but it didn't appeal to our family.

We do love what Matt Smith has done with the building, especially the fun concret floors. The ambiance is fun--it is worth exploring all of the corners to find the best areas for dining.

Also, be aware that Craigo's has an excellent value on a Zion's Bank Cash Rewards card (a visa you get from Zion's Bank). When you pay with your Zion's Bank visa, you get $10 back on a $30 bill--truly an excellent value.

Craigo's is here to stay and worth going back to on a regular basis.
