Rexburg has new culture! You have to check this place out: unique, intriguing, and gutsy. Really, Rexburg has never had a restaurant try to be what heart mind & soul is--a holistic, fine-dining experience that feeds the heart, mind and soul. Opposite of World Gym, they have a location that you won't pass unless you make a point to go there--do make that point. 
   With big band background music, comfortable leather couches (or bean-bag movie seats), English and soccer allusions, they have succeed in making it more than 35 minutes to eat; you will want to stay for a couple of hours.
   Alex Chester, the owner who comes from England, brings the holistic dining experience that smacks of English humor, good food, and fresh experience. “We want people to enjoy a complete experience, to walk out edified, to have their heart, mind, and soul fed.” 

Favorite menu items: Build your own salad and create your own smoothie!

   Unique to their menu are the braided sandwiches which have fresh ingredients pinched into the honey wheat loaves that are then braided together and cooked--then served with dipping sauces and fresh fruit salads or linkin logs (fries--but larger and dang tasty).

When you try the chocolate cake (and you must), make sure that you have three people to share the huge serving!

   On my first visit, I sat on the comfortable leather couches. I expected to be frustrated by the low table, but I found it pleasantly convenient and truly a relaxed opportunity for chatting with my lunch companion. It is a great place for business lunches. On my next visit, my wife and I sat in the love cushions--they are wonderfully comfortably even if a bit hard to roll out of.
