  The Rexburg Taco Time is not typical fast food, but it’s also not a traditional sit-down restaurant (Quick Service Restaurant is what the national company calls Taco Time). They serve you quickly, but all of the ingredients are fresh and only put together after you order. Their approach works well, establishing in Rexburg a large regulars crowd.
   From 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. crowds fill Taco Time. After 1:15 the crowds start to thin. Dinner is not as busy as lunch making it a great time to take the family. The excellent fresh food, the quick and friendly service, and the complete cleanliness make Taco Time an excellent choice for either picking up dinner or eating in the restaurant.
   Most people are familiar with Taco Time’s food, so a large description isn’t necessary. I particularly enjoy a Soft Taco with hot sauce and sour cream. For years, my wife and I finished up with a Blueberry Empanada and a Bavarian Cream Empanada. We’d share bites of each—a perfect combination. Now, you can pick up a Berries and Cream Empanada all in one.
   You can trust Taco Time in Rexburg with consistent quality, quick and friendly service, and complete cleanliness. Their hours are 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday (closed on Sundays).
